Terms and text messaging

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms apply to arkenwell.com and to text messages and calls handled by systems Arkenwell runs for its clients. Client engagements are also covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if the two differ.

Using this website

The content on arkenwell.com is for general information. Figures in the sample dashboard and examples are illustrative and are not results from a real client. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Text messaging terms

Arkenwell runs text messaging for its client businesses so they can respond to people who contact them.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

See our privacy policy for how phone numbers and messages are handled. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI assistants and calls

People who contact our clients are told when they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded, with notice at the start of the call. Pricing, contracts and commitments are always confirmed by the client's own team, not by the AI.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Arkenwell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for client services is set out in each client agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
