This policy explains what information Arkenwell collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers arkenwell.com and the AI systems we build and run for our clients.
Who we are
Arkenwell is an AI consultancy that assesses, builds and runs AI systems for businesses. On arkenwell.com, Arkenwell decides how your information is used. When we run a system for a client, such as an assistant that answers that company's customers, the client decides how its customers' information is used and we process it on the client's behalf.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and anything you share when you fill in a form on our site, email us, book a call or take part in an assessment.
- Information from our clients' customers: when someone contacts one of our clients, we may process their name, phone number, email, address, details of their request, messages and call recordings, so the client can respond to them.
- Website usage: basic, aggregated information such as pages visited and the device and browser used. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run assessments and provide our services
- To run the AI systems we build for our clients, on their behalf
- To report results to our clients, such as hours saved and value delivered against the plan
- To keep our systems secure and improve how they work
- To meet legal obligations
Text messaging
We send text messages only to people who gave their phone number and agreed to be contacted, for example by submitting a form, calling or texting a business first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages.
AI and call recordings
People who contact our clients are told when they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded, and callers are told at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used to provide the service, check quality and resolve problems.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to provide our services:
- With the client whose customer you are
- With service providers that host our systems, deliver calls, texts and email, store data or provide AI processing, under contracts that limit their use of it
- When the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information while we provide our services and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Client data belongs to the client, and we hand it over or delete it when an engagement ends.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages
- Email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it
- If you are a client's customer, you can also contact that business directly
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we will tell affected people if the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
